Tracked Gate M50 - Designed to stop all threats

Tracked Gate M50 is a sliding gate designed to stop all threats. Despite its massive construction, it also features an extremely flat foundation. It can be adapted in height and fitted with anti-climbing devices to comply with site-specific requirements.

The Tracked Gate M50 has advanced technology and is still fully compatible with all access control systems. It’s a flexible solution for all perimeter security access points vulnerable to hostile vehicle attacks. The internationally crash-tested Tracked Gate M50 affords impact protection and is therefore ideal for all critical infrastructure applications or other designated high-risk areas. It boasts a tracked design with unrivalled reliability.

The high-speed opening and closing times are impossible to achieve with other drive principles. The robust construction with heavy gauge material and high tensile steel offers reliable operation and is low maintenance. As an extra security measure, there’s an override facility for manual operation available. Furthermore, the gate is quick and easy to install in all climate zones.

Grippa - Security spike barrier


The GRIPPA vehicle barrier is designed for use in high security vehicle control applications such as bank entrances, cash delivery/collection points, casinos, hotels, defense, ministries and other high security applications that do not need a certified product.

This product is a combination of a boom barrier and spikes recessed into the road mounted tray assembly. The GRIPPA is a lightweight high security product that is designed for continuous use, unlike many other products that have a maximum operation cycles per day.

Operation is very straightforward: in response to a legitimate input signal which may be derived from several sources, e.g. Interlocking system, code cards, tokens, remote controls, push buttons, ticket machines, loop detectors etc.

Security is guaranteed and safety is not forgotten: buried vehicle detector loops installed on either side of the tray assembly act as safety devices to ensure the boom arm and safety spikes do not damage any vehicles stationary over the tray assembly, and provide a closing signal to allow the boom arm to lower and safety spikes to be exposed as the vehicle moves off from the buried loops, which in a Sluice configuration gives a 100% vehicular separation.

Interlocking - Secure & smooth operation

PLC Program to Drive Devices Simultaneously with Interlocking. Both devices are running in a sequence one by one for a particular time. Implement of logic in PLC happen through using Ladder Diagram programming language.

Technical Specification:

  • Normal Verification: Crash rated gate will start opening through command from user & Tyre Killer will remain down along with boom barrier in close position.
  • Normal Access: Crash rated gate will start closing through command from user & instantaneously Tyre Killer will start lowering along with boom barrier start raising.
  • Emergency Operation: Crash rated gate will start operating in close mode after emergency command from user & Simultaneously Tyre Killer will start raising & boom barrier will start lowering. The whole system will operate in close mode only irrespective of previous operation (Normal Opening/closing) when user initiate emergency command.
